Stefania is currently a Master’s level MA in counselling psychology practicum student, who is qualified to practice under the clinical supervision of an approved practicum supervisor.

Stefania understands that life’s challenges can often feel isolating and overwhelming, leaving individuals in need of support. She is dedicated to creating a compassionate, safe, and neutral environment where individuals can explore their feelings without judgment. By slowing down the pace of life, Stefania emphasizes the importance of mindfulness, allowing individuals to reflect on their experiences and emotions with meaningful intention.

Her empathetic, person-centered approach involves actively listening and adapting her techniques to suit the unique needs of each individual. Stefania values the therapeutic relationship as a collaborative journey, encouraging individuals to share their stories at their own pace. She believes that taking the time to understand one's experience is essential for personal growth and healing.

Outside of her professional life, you can often find her immersed in the flora and fauna of the natural world, appreciating its beauty and tranquility. This connection to nature informs her therapeutic practice, reminding her of the importance of slowing down and being present in the moment.
