I am currently a Master’s level MA in counselling psychology, practicum student who is qualified to practice under the clinical supervision of an approved practicum supervisor.

Hello! my name is Qurat ul ain Akbar (She / her), and  am motivated to work with people experiencing wide range of mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, stress and trauma etc. As well as provide Counselling to help individuals, who are seeking to expand their capabilities and insight, through evidenced based techniques and strategies.

In addition to that I use a holistic integrative approach to address client's issues based on their preferences and concerns for providing tailored-treatment, involving mutual collaboration.
