Kathryn is currently a Master’s level MA in counselling psychology practicum student who is qualified to practice under the clinical supervision of an approved practicum supervisor.

Hello! My name is Kathryn, or Kat, and I am a current student completing my practicum at Yorkville University. I also hold a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Studies.

I am a Metis woman currently living in Saskatchewan, Canada, and have over a decade of experience providing support to vulnerable populations at a variety of non-profit organizations.

​

My primary focus areas include anxiety, depression, trauma, panic, specific phobias, and Metis identity. I believe in a personalized, client-centered approach to counselling, using a variety of modalities.

My aim is to work collaboratively with clients to set and achieve goals by drawing on your strengths and skills. Our sessions are safe, welcoming spaces to encourage open discussions.
