My name is Edith and I go with the pronouns She/her. I am a CCC Qualifying counselor/therapist. I  hold an MA in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University, I am proficient in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), Narrative therapy, mindfulness-based techniques, ACT and solution-focused therapy. I am willing to support my clients in their healing by creating a safe, non-judgmental space where my clients can feel comfortable expressing their thoughts, feelings, and concerns. I am culturally competent and willing to work with clients from diverse backgrounds.
